Role Purpose:


* Assisting the China CA team in multiple areas on internal communication/PR/GR/ Admin etc



Accountabilities:



* Administrative preparation for the internal communications in Syngenta China


* Translation of the communication messages


* Support monitoring of the public opinion towards SYT and translation of the related media coverage


* Administrative support on the PR activities and trade fairs


* Administrative support on GR events when necessary

* Administrative support on payment/vendor management process

Knowledge & Skill

Critical Knowledge


* Good English and Chinese


* Media or PR majors are preferred

* Good communication
* Planning and organizing


* Work with both written and spoken English
