工作职责:

This position reports to Senior Director of Corporate development and investment of the Company and is based at the Company’s headquarters in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

？ Will be involved in potential strategic investment among whole WuXi eco-system, e.g. supply chain, technology platform

？ Will assist in researching, evaluating, executing and integrating the Company’s strategic transactions.

？ Will be involved in identifying prospective target opportunities, performing strategic and quantitative analysis, conducting due diligence and preparing valuation models.

？ Will be involved in all aspects of the transaction and will coordinate a cross-functional team involving persons from our Business Units, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, etc.

任职资格:

Qualification Requirement:

？ 2-3 year+ experience in consulting firms, Big 4 Transaction Services, MNC strategy or BD, VC/PE

？ Medical or financial education background is preferred.

？ Strong analytical skills, fluency in performing market analysis, financial valuation and broad quantitative analyses and familiarity with accounting & key operational metrics

？ Excellent commercial sense, mature personality, and experience working with executives

？ Team player, pro-active and action oriented, anticipates needs, is assertive, and is highly accountable.
