Your tasks and responsibilities:

· Closely mornitor operation performance and deliver good quality of information/ data to support healthy, sustanable business growth.

· Drive the sales reporting & tracking and provide inputs to US GM and other key stakeholders

· Support the business planning process by consolidating bottom up forecast including distributor sales team forecast

· Sales data collection, update, analysis and processing

· Maintain and monitor quality data in CRM and SAP system, improve regional market transparency

· Facilitate the cross functional communication between business team and other depts.

· Maintain good communication with distributors and handle of distributors’ data timely.

· Support BA for sales/region performance measurement

· Other daily operation support as required

Your qualifications and experience:

· More than 3 years working experience sales analysis and business operation

· Excellence communication skills and interpersonal skill. both English and Mandarin

· Good command of MS Office, especially in Excel and PPT for data analysis and sales report

· Eager to learn, self-driven, detail oriented, responsible, positive thinking, team player

· Bachelor degree or above
