Responsibilities:

1.2nd-level support the Festo Asian national companies in solving technical problems with a primary focus on PNA

2.Investigate and evaluate problems and develop solution proposals involving the use of components and systems in various applications in the field of PNA

3.Preparation and execution of Region Asia training in English

4.Close cooperation with the development, product management and sales departments, as well as with the Festo national companies and customers around the world

5.On-site support for commissioning and troubleshooting at customer locations (as required)

   

Requirement：

1.Completed study of mechatronics or electrical engineering, or comparable qualifications

2.Knowledge of products and applications in the field of PNA is desirable

3.Deep mechanical knowledge about valves, valve terminal, sensors and other pneumatic/factory automation products

4.Process Automation knowledge is a strong plus

5.Electrical knowledge is a plus

6.Well-developed problem-solving competence, as well as customer and team orientation.

7.Good command of written and spoken English – further foreign languages are advantageous

8.Willingness to travel and accept temporary assignments abroad
