主要职责：

1.协助产品经理共同完成重要市场项目（病例征集）项目设计、执行细则及系统搭建工作； 

2.负责项目具体执行，包括病例数据收集、合格病例审核及财务付款及支付核对流程；

3.管理项目涉及的第三方供应商，及时优化项目平台的付款进度和反馈机制； 

4.定期提供项目分析报告，给到产品经理，为产品策略不断优化提供数据依据；

5.市场部内部问题沟通及跨部门协调；

6.完成上级交办的其余事项。

任职资格：

1.大专及以上学历，医学或营销相关专业优先；

2.有医药公司助理产品经理工作背景；

3.良好的沟通协调能力、执行力、数据收集与分析能力。

main duty:

1. Assist product managers to jointly complete project design, implementation rules and system construction for important market projects (case collection);

2. Responsible for the specific implementation of the project, including case data collection, qualified case review and financial payment and payment verification process;

3. Manage the third-party suppliers involved in the project and optimize the payment schedule and feedback mechanism of the project platform in a timely manner;

4. Provide project analysis reports on a regular basis and give them to product managers to provide data basis for continuous optimization of product strategies;

5. Communication within the marketing department and cross-departmental coordination;

6. Complete the rest of the matters assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, medical or marketing related majors are preferred;

2. Have a working background as an assistant product manager of a pharmaceutical company;

3. Good communication and coordination skills, execution, data collection and analysis skills.
