1、利用现有设备和个人知识进行材料检验，包括原材料，半成品和成品；

2、执行检验设备标准化SOP，和检验方法标准化SIP；

3、执行得嘉内部问题反馈和处理机制Q-EWO；

4、使用7步法，PDCA分析问题并找出问题根本原因并解决；

5、日常质量管理，检验和判定；

6、质量问题统计和汇总7完成上级安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

1、熟悉PVC地板产品工艺和技术要求，具备快速分析问题根源并及时实施问题分析的能力。

2、具备良好的质量意识，面对不合格品出现能做到恰当处理和分析。

3、对PVC行业原材料物理和化学性能了解，使用正确方法对材料符合性进行判断和决策。
