岗位职责：

1、服从项目经理的领导，做好各项英文文本的翻译。

2、协助做好项目人员的培训工作及入职手续的办理。

3、协助经理主持部门例会，协调处理与其他部门事务。

4、协助经理加强各项目日常的管理工作，控制各项目的营运成本并不断提高服务质量。

要求：

1、女性、形象气质良好，英语6级以上水平，能随同经理做现场翻译；

2、熟练操作各种办公软件WORD、EXCEL、PPT等；

3、协助起草商务合同，中英文编制计划书等；

4、协助经理录入、汇总及分析销售数据及报价等；

5、协助经理处理部门日常工作；

6、有外资或酒店背景相关经验优先；
