【职位描述】

1. 通过电话的方式对企业级客户进行外呼沟通，识别客户需求，发掘商机线索并交接给销售部门的人员跟进客户并进行销售结单（无需自己销售结单）；

2. 了解和反馈客户意见建议，为市场部门提供有效信息，持续提升客户满意度；

3. 利用内部资源和流程，对商机线索进行有效的传递和管理。

【职位要求】

1. 本科或以上学历，2年以上IT或通讯行业电话销售经验，具备和C level、LOB、IT采购人员沟通的能力；

2. 具备快速学习能力，能够迅速掌握华为企业级产品知识和解决方案；

3. 良好的时间管理能力；

4. 积极主动，有责任心，优秀的适应力和抗压性，愿意接受挑战。
