Key Responsibilities：

? To establish HSSE system and guarantee the standards of Company can meet the regulations of law and government policy.

? Assist department manager to set up annual working plan for HSSE and make inspection and summary periodically.

? In charge of training planning for HSSE in company level and organize to build HSSE ability for front line staff.

? To drive the execution of HSSE system in company; follow up the improvement of big hidden danger or potential risk; implement company safety standardization.

? Make yearly/monthly inspection statistic for HSSE system, such as rectification rate of big hidden danger.

? Other work asked by manager and company.

Position Qualification Requirement：

Education & Professional Background

Bachelor Degree or equivalent education level, priority at Safety, Mechanism/automation, Environmental Sciences and relative majors

Relevant Experience

2+ years work experience, with background of HSSE system management and be familiar with risk management.

Language Skills

English: read, write and speak (be able to participate English conference call)

Other Requirement

1. Strong responsibility and good communication, be able to deal with emergency

2. Strong team work spirit

3. Familiar with management knowledge of HSSE relative law and regulation, safety engineering, occupational health, environmental engineering and ISO14001 system.

4. Priority at applicants with professional title or qualification for certified safety engineer, occupational safety and health management system auditor, environment management system auditor or relative majors.

? 建立HSSE体系，确保公司标准符合法律法规与政策要求；

? 协助部门经理制定HSSE编制年度工作计划，并定期进行总结回顾；

? 负责公司级HSSE培训的策划和组织及一线员工HSSE能力建设；

? 推动公司HSSE制度的执行，跟踪重大隐患整改，推行企业安全标准化；

? 年度/月度HSSE 监测数据统计，如隐患整改率等；

? 公司及领导交办的其它工作。

岗位要求：

教育背景及专业知识

大学本科或等同学历水平, 安全专业、机械/自动化专业、环境科学专业或其他相关专业优先

相关经验

2年以上工作经验, 具有HSSE体系管理背景，熟悉HSSE风险管理

语言能力

英语：读、写和说（能够参加英语电话会议）

其他要求

? 责任心强, 良好的沟通能力，能够应对突发性事件；

? 具备团队合作精神；

? 具备HSSE相关法律法规，安全工程，职业卫生知识，环保工程，ISO14001体系管理方面的知识；

? 有注册安全工程师/职业安全健康管理体系审核员/环境管理体系审核员相关专业职称或认证的优先考虑。
