1.The position will be responsible for assisting the e-marketing and media team in various digital marketing activities, including but not limited to coordination of Support digital program of Brand site and Business Unit Campaign, ad placements, maintain multi-system for performance tracking, invoice follow up and processing, database clean up and other various administrative duties as assigned.

2.Responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties for the team, including but not limited to: Workfront, Bionic, Marketo database entries and updates for tracking purposes and ROI; process invoice and check request; assist in various data entry requests; and support campaign site localization and digital campaign launch as required. When activities are complete, ensure the cost and performance information has been updated in the central systems for ROI tracking, and experienced on data analysis.

3.The person will also learn the advertisement and social assets; creative design for pictures or H5 for social promotion if needed.

• Support digital program of Brand site and Business Unit Campaign

• Simple picture or H5 design is a plus

1. Fast learning and be patient on detailed and system
   work.
2. Good communication skill and team work.
3. Excel at problem analysis and problem resolution
4. Understand on how to use PS or AI and H5 production tools
5. English as working language
