Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide application support to sales and marketing department
Provide Internet/Intranet related project implementation support ;
To ensure company application system running safely and smoothly.
As the primary Business Partner point of contact to the China Nutrition Sales and Marketing team. Focus on the sales force effectiveness and e-marketing areas
Leverage existing solutions and global designs, drive standardization & simplification to match with local market needs
Develop peer, cross-functional and cross-business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness
Act as subject matter expert, partnering with multiple business clients and stakeholders to evaluate and improve business processes and determine technology solutions
To ensure the operation of current business application system run smoothly.
To Solve and review any problems related to BT Application System

Special Knowledge / Experience
University degree/Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related field.
3 years related working experience in Application implementation or system support
Familiarity with Nutrition or related business, Providing systems maintenance; CRM application support experience is preferred.
Business process analysis and design; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Familiarity with system development methodologies (preference for Software product engineering and development Product Manager experience)
Technology experience: Web/Mobile solutions, include eCommerce; Database management solutions; Sales force automation / Customer relationship management solutions; Call center / customer support technologies
