工作内容

Develop digital marketing strategy for China market to support brand awareness, and customer engagement. Understand the Aston Martin brand concept and overall marketing strategy. Understand the customers’ insights and behaviors and translate into digital strategy

Full ownership of digital marketing budget. Responsible of annual and quarterly budget planning. Work closely with finance team on the budget spending and tracking

Align with HQ team to incorporate the central digital marketing concept / projects / campaigns in the China plan

Responsible of managing media planning and buying for Aston Martin China. Deliver KPIs regarding brand awareness enhancement through media

Plan and execute digital campaign on social media and digital platforms to promote brand awareness, image, and consistent messaging across the digital space and to maximize business potential;

Responsible of managing all online marketing channels, digital and social platforms: corporate website, Weibo, Wechat, and other social media, paid search, etc.

Track and report new digital trend, relevant campaigns and best practice in the industry. Identify the potential opportunities and align with stakeholders to put into marketing initiatives

Lead digital agency team and ensure service delivered with high quality through day-to-day communication and regular meetings

Collaborate with PR and event team on content to align with brand initiatives and business goals. Ensure proper relevancy and alignment across all marketing channels

Analyze market intelligence (technology / competitors). Monitor competitors' social digital activities.

Other related ad-hoc projects and tasks

应聘条件

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication, Advertising / Media or equivalent

Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing digital marketing and social media with a focus on driving brand awareness

Work experience in similar roles or in automotive industry is a plus

Good understanding of performance, search and content marketing and keep up dated with the latest digital marketing trends in China

Highly organized, and able to work independently and drive for result under pressure

Able to multi-task

Excellent vendor and team management skills

Excellent communication skills and strong inter-personal skills

Excellent oral and written English
