Aerospace Engineering & Technologies (E&T) China Team, as part of Honeywell Technology Solutions China - an integrated R&D center of Honeywell in China, is a multi-disciplinary team with over 10 years of contributions to Honeywell’s business development in the aerospace industry in China. As one of the largest aerospace R&D engineering team in MNC in China, Honeywell Aerospace T&E China team has 400 scientists and engineers working in various global Center of Excellences on Avionics and Mechanical products and on aircraft programs by almost all airframers including COMAC, AVIC, Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Embraer, Gulfstream etc. The team is committed to create the best and new-to-the-world offerings in and out of the aerospace industry. With the dynamic and engaged team, the engineers are working on projects dealing with state-of-the-art Aerospace technologies and developing by fulfilling demanding and challenging duties in a learning-intensive environment.

This position will be located in Shanghai, China. This is the role in ES-ET (Electronic System - Engineering Test) team.

Responsibility:

·         Driver development for ARM chip and related sensors.

·         Experienced in communication protocols (SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232 and RS485), Analog I/O, Discrete I/O and power solution, etc.

·         End item test (EIT) for avionic products. Work on EIT solution HW and SW design, development, V&V and debug support on factory site.

·         Engage in the avionics and aircraft system simulation Test Bench and Station for global programs.

Qualification:

Primary Qualifications:

·         Masters’ degree in electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.

·         Experienced in firmware development capability on c, c++.

·         Software knowledge on RTOS, and experienced in related design.

·         Electrical and Electronics knowledge (Analog & Digital, ability to read & understand schematics, wire lists).

·         Experienced in electronic development, electronic test, test solution, embedded software design and verification or related.

·         Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Qualifications:

·         Strong oral and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English

·         Aviation product design or testing experience is highly preferred

·         Experienced in MATLAB model design, digital signal processing, etc..

·         Good customer interface skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical personnel is preferred.
