Our Human Resources professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace.
Join our Experienced Hire team to make an impact on developing and implementing a strategic resourcing plan in line with business strategies of each Function.
This Experienced Hire Senior Recruiter assists on firm's talent needs by supplying qualified talent with different skillsets. This position will work closely with function and other HR functions team on the execution of recruitment strategies and the delivery of talents.

• Work with hiring manager to define hiring requirements of openings and work out recruiting plan to meet the needs


• Follow & implement recruiting plans, develop recruiting channels, assess recruiting vendors


• Source and identify candidates for hiring position through a variety of recruiting channels, screen & select candidates including interview for both experienced and campus hire


• Manage the whole selection process and optimize the process for best outcome and talent experience


• Conduct any market intelligence / talent map to influence the business or hiring strategy


• Participate on team's project to assist PM on the project delivery
  
  
  Qualifications:


• Bachelor or higher degree in human resources, commercial or business related major


• 5 years recruitment experience in MNC or searching firm preferable with knowledge in professional services industry


• Be able to source through different kind of channels


• Extensive knowledge of HR general procedure


• Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin


• Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook


• Excellent communication and coordination skill


• Be able to work independently with high integrity
