职位描述
- 熟悉各项法律法规制度，尤其是合同法，公司法，劳动和人事法律法规，对外贸法，国际金融法等；
2、负责起草、审核各类合同和法律文书；
3、制定、起草、审阅公司各类规章制度；
4、负责解答公司各职能部门法律事务的咨询并提供建议；
5、处理各类法律纠纷；
6、根据领导安排，处理和跟进业务经营活动中出现的法务相关事宜；
7、为公司经营、财务、管理、专案等各项需求制定法律方案；进行培训；
8、进行风险预警，及时发现公司潜在问题，提出改进意见。
9、负责关注、搜集、研究最新法律法规及政策动态，为公司业务提供合规法律指导
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，法学专业毕业，专业知识丰富；
2、具有企业法律顾问执业资格，律师资格，专利代理资格等从业资质，熟悉企业经营管理、财务管理以及法律等相关知识；
3、1年以上的相关法律工作经验；
4、良好的沟通和法律研究能力，能对各类法律问题进行深入研究并快速得出有效结论；
5、英文听说读写流利。
