PURPOSE OF THE JOB

? Maintain the processes of internal reimbursement, e-payment to HCP and the payment to inter-companies.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for HCP process
- To ensure timely and accurate maintenance for HCP information
- Provide second line support to internal customers with regard to the HCP e-payment processes as well as the application.
- Prepare regular tracking reports such as: RTP Lead Time, Duplicated HCP Verification Reporting, Pending HCP PRs, as well as any other reports that can result in better HCP resource management
- Provide effectively and promptly communications with all relate departments.
2. Responsible for company T&E process
-Provide second line support to internal customers with regard to the business processes as well as the application
- Provide proactively, timely and accurate input on business transactions to ensure the compliance
- Maintain business ownership for global F&A core system e-Travel in Greater China
- Maintain business ownership for the local T&E system, e-Approval in PH
- Prepare T&E payable balance sheet review analysis package
3. Monitor and work closely with T&E team of outsourced finance service provider
4. In charge of intercompany payable system
- Submit IC Payable Balance Sheet Review analysis package on monthly basis
5. Support agent for the deregistration / registration of 2 branch offices


REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1. 4-5 years working experience within Finance or Accounting, AP experience is preferred
2. Strong interpersonal, communications, problem solving and analytical skill
3. Accurate, analytical, reliable, team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure with tight deadline


REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor or above degree in Accounting / Finance, CPA or equivalent is preferred
