Summary:

Drive Service and Technical Support for the Greater China, including low voltage Drives & MV Drives Startup works, maintenance and troubleshooting on site, as well as customer training.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for drive customer training in China.

2. Function as the primary liaison of drive spare parts selection and parts tracking.

3. Responsible for providing on-site LV & MV Drives and SMC commissioning and troubleshooting as well as technical support on drive equipment to Customers, involvement in site studies, reviewing engineering and implementing field modernization.

4. Responsible for supplying good paperwork of Drives and SMC to products business unit. Ensure all related documents are good. Preparation and full provide.

5. Responsible for providing the right off site and on site communication info to products business unit. Basic fault analyze skill are required.

6. Responsible for providing drive retrofit works on site.

7. Customer drive equipments/devices periodically maintenance and examination.

8. Big project debug and programming.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. University or College Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering.

2. Drive knowledge/work experience is essential.

3. Approximately 3-4 years minimum experience in Engineering/Site support.

4. Strong oral and written communications are essential and fair English speaking capabilities.

5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
