职位描述

KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Office Administration

    • Maintenance of all platform facilities, including but not limited to workshop machine, Vault, Vitrine, Safe, office Equipment, meeting rooms

    • General clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, mail & package distribution; and maintain hard copy & electronic filing system.

    • Managing the cleanliness of the CS Platform

    • Management of security guards and tea ladies work

    • Resolve other administration related problems and inquiries.

    • Answer phones and transfer to appropriate staff member.

    • Control and maintenance the office access system (staff on-board and off-board, Regional office visitors, Manufacture Trainer, support watchmaker, etc)

    • Be the main contact person for BMO office in coordinating the annual Firedrill, fire extingrisher checking, ventilation system maintenance, etc. 

    • Management of the platform refurbishing and renovation

    • Work closely with Company Security department on HSSE issue (security, health & safety)

    • Handling the office stationery and operation equipment purchasing, distribution and payment submission.  

       

  • Procurement management

    • CS procurement

      • Be responsible of the whole procurement process including quotation, approval, delivery and follow up with finance closely on payment.

    • Asset management

      • Maintain a clear and accurate list of CS inventory assets

      • Work closely with Finance on asset lifecycle management including FA creation, depreciation and disposal.

    • Vendor management

      • Creation of new vendors and maintenance of vendors list

          

  • Travel Arrangement

    • Arrange travel schedule and reservation for Country office team members as needed.

    • Meet and greet clients and visitors when they visit office.

    • Prepare agenda and relevant reservation for visitors and trainers.

       

       

  • Othrs

    • Arrange/coordinate company or department’s activities (outing, birthday party, annual dinner, etc.) purchasing, payment, reimbursement, etc.

    • Staff on boarding/off boarding support.

    • Staff Sale coordination, department representative (consolidate payment information, arrange products receiving, translate the brand email… etc.)

     


JOB PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor degree and at least 4 years’ similar working experience in international company.

  • Proficient English level in both writing and verbal.

  • Advanced computer skill of MS office, especially Excel and Power Point.

  • Good time management skill & problem solving skill.

  • Responsive and result-oriented.

  • Proactive and passionate with high level of ownership.

  • Experience in organizing team activities a plus.
