职位描述

  Strive for excellence across the portfolio in all aspects of service delivery and oversee vender performance Ensure consistency of the best practices across client’s key sites Chair monthly progress review and user requirement alignment meetings with client and respective office managers Conduct annual performance and KPI review with client Act as primary contact for service requests, taking a receiving facility requests, and resolving issues with exceptional services in mind Coordinate ad-hoc and special events working with client, third party vendors, and the public Assist with implementation, update/tracking, and quality control of best practice systems Oversee the delivery and performance of facilities services including cleaning, annual maintenance contracts (M&E fire systems and critical services, drinking machine, coffee machine, vending machine), office repairs, pest control, plants, employee meals, etc. Assist with critical off-hour issues and participate in engaging key team members in response to emergency situations Develop and cultivate positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff Responsible for client office normal operation Support of car rental booking Provide support in administration for office, take care of stationery, name card, office furniture, keep the office equipment in good conditions Prepare and maintain paper documents Work order process in FMP system PO application in online system Monthly billing to client, monthly payment to vender, monthly report submission and review with client, monthly financial report submission, monthly EHS meeting Communicate with building management office for all the facility related issues for client Backup receptionist when necessary    

 

 

 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

 

  A minimum of 5 years’ experience in FM/Administration Management in a sizable facility/establishment and minimum of 3 years managerial experience A degree holder in Facilities Management/Property Management or equivalent Strong leadership with pro-activeness and customer-oriented mentality Prior people management experience, especially across a dispersed portfolio. Client relationship management skills required. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Mandarin.  

 

 

 

 

Qualifications and Education:

 

  Familiar with facility field, relative experience preferred Excellent in Chinese and English language A sense of responsibility Good communication skill required Ability to work under pressure Computer skill in word, excel and outlook. Management experience will be preferred
