Contract period : one year. From July , 2019 to Jun 2020
The main responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain internal potential candidates list and work with TA colleagues to map them into suitable positions .
2. Work with managers for team management and talent management.
3. Implement related HR program ,such as talent program, communication & connection ,Buddy program and so on.
4. Employee Relations management, Support Employee Relations to implement the various ER program, pre-see the potential risks about talent/HR management, proposals conducting.
5. Provide consultancy/ advice to managers on employee grievances and disciplinary cases.
6. Advice managers in interpretation and application of human resources policies
7. The Requirements   
8. Well-rounded experience & knowledge in performance management, talent management, employee relations, and compensation (5 years+)
9. Strong recruitment experience (3 years +)
10. Good knowledge of Labor laws and regulations
11. Customer focus and knowledge in business management;
12. Result orientation, Hands-on experience in HR operational activities
13. Fluent English & Mandarin, both written and verbal
