概况：
负责库存金融业务的新产品开发和产品优化，对产品效果进行跟踪分析和数据测算。协助库存产品项目的推进和管理，并提供产品培训支持。

岗位职责：
1. 调研分析市场情况、经销商与主机厂的需求，识别高价值的业务机会，负责组织并实施库存金融产品的方案设计与开发；
2. 参与制定产品项目计划，跨部门推动产品项目开展，跟踪汇报项目进度，主动协调各方共同达成项目目标；
3. 结合公司财务目标和销售目标，协助制定库存产品的定价策略和价格测算；
4. 负责收集库存产品数据和反馈，追踪分析产品效果，提出合理的产品优化方案；
5. 完成公司和部门要求的与库存产品相关的汇报材料；
6. 负责提供与库存产品相关的跨部门培训；
7. 协助支持与库存产品相关的系统开发和测试；
8. 领导安排的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1. 金融/财务/经济或相关专业全日制本科及以上学历
2. 具有1年以上金融行业对公业务的工作经验，对公司信贷业务有较好的理解
3. 具有一定的项目管理经验者优先考虑
4. 熟悉汽车金融批售业务者或具有批售金融产品开发经验者优先考虑
5. 较强的分析技能和解决问题的能力，善于归纳总结和创新
6. 优秀的沟通表达能力和团队合作能力，为人正直并具有决断力
7. 精通PPT、Excel、Word操作
8. 良好的英文听说读写能力

Summary:
It is responsible for new product development and product improvement of wholesales financing business, tracking product results with data analysis. Assist in the promotion and management of wholesales product projects, and support product training.

Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research, understand and explore the demands of dealers and OEMs, identify high-value business opportunities, and be responsible for wholesales product design and development.
2. Assist to make project plan and accelerate the project by cross-functional communication. Track and report the project progress. Actively coordinate with all teams to achieve common goals.
3. According to company's financial targets and sales targets, assist in formulating the pricing strategy of wholesales products and complete the price calculation and estimation.
4. Collect wholesales product data and feedbacks, track and evaluate the product results, then propose a reasonable product improvement scheme.
5. Complete the reporting materials related to wholesales product.
6. Provide cross-team training related to wholesales product.
7. Support the system development and testing related to FP product.
8. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
2. One years or above related job experience in corporate finance business, solid knowledge in corporate credit business.
3. Experience in project management is preferred.
4. Familiar with wholesale business in auto finance, or experience in wholesale financing product development is preferred 
5. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, be good at summarizing and have the sense of creation
6. Excellent communication and team-work skills, integrity and determination
7. Excellent PPT, Excel, Word skills
8. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
