1. 按照实验方案完成对抗体的ELISA结合活性、阻断活性检测分析；

2. 按照实验方案完成细胞生物学相关实验，如细胞培养、细胞增殖抑制、Westernblot、FACS等实验；

3. 撰写实验记录，保证试验数据、记录的完整性、记录可追溯性，同时做好与其他岗位的协调工作；

4. 实验试剂、耗材以及仪器设备的使用记录和维护等。

职位要求：

1.细胞生物学、药学、免疫学或相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先，熟练掌握肿瘤、免疫学相关细胞实验技术，具有抗体药物体外药理药效研究经验者优先；

2.勤奋好学、态度严谨、注重实验细节、保证工作效率；

3.具备团队合作精神，工作认真刻苦，责任心强，乐于沟通，具备独立分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Job description

1. Complete the ELISA binding activity and blocking activity assay of the antibody according to the experimental protocol;

2. Complete cell biology related experiments according to the experimental protocol, such as cell culture, cell proliferation inhibition, Westernblot, FACS, etc.;

3. Write experimental records to ensure the integrity of test data, record integrity, record traceability, and coordinate with other positions;

4. Recording and maintenance of experimental reagents, consumables, and equipment.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in cell biology, pharmacy, immunology or related disciplines, master's degree is preferred, proficiency in tumor and immunology-related cell experiment techniques, and experience in in vitro pharmacological efficacy of antibody drugs is preferred;

2. Diligent and eager to learn, rigorous attitude, focus on experimental details, and ensure work efficiency;

3. Have a team spirit, work hard, have a strong sense of responsibility, be willing to communicate, and have the ability to analyze problems and solve problems independently.
