Key Responsibilities

The
candidate will be working in SSC Finance for Fashion Group China, which supports
8 brands in mainland China.

This position will overall handle one brand accounting daily operation,
booking, treatment and related financial reporting, include AR, AP GL &
Reporting, and provide professional support in enhancement of the policies, practices,
and process in overall accounting operation, coordinate statutory audit and
group reporting, as well as in charge of assets process management

Key work responsibilities are:

AR Function

·
Perform Daily sales
reconciliation between POS system, accounting system and bank income

·
Perform sales reconciliation
and deductible expense with department stores

·
Sales booking in Microsoft AX
system

·
Monitor and track the account
receivable overdue, minimize the bad debt risk

GL Function

·
Ensure the accounting treatment
compliance with local GAAP and corporate accounting policies & guidelines.

·
Prepare Journal Entries for daily
operation and monthly closing (accruals, provisions, amortization, Fixed Assets
etc)

·
Processes rental prepayment
and trace the balance of prepaid rental and related invoices.

·
Timely and effectively
communicate with business partner and update Fixed Assets procedure to keep it
practical and efficient. Ensure Fixed Assets management in accordance with local
and corporate policies and guidelines.

·
Ensure smooth monthly/quarterly
/ yearly closing and efficient finance operation , perform TB analysis to
ensure the account correctness

·
Prepare B/S report and P&L
analysis, assist BPC to complete the monthly review package, support BPC to
comment the variance between actual & budget and forecast

·
Perform monthly/quarter/yearly
group report package and PRC report (WOFE & Branch), ensure the punctuality
and accuracy

·
Take charge of monthly
accounts reconciliation, balance sheet schedule and accrual breakdown

·
Ensure
on site audit is well organized, and assets loss audit is finalized

·
To
maintain effective relationship with external parties in the areas of dealing
with auditing, taxation in conjunction with line manager.

·
Cooperate with Tax/legal
function to increase simplification and efficiency of closing process, assist. in continuously
improvement on internal procedures within finance team to partner with business

·
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
by line manager.

AP Function

·
Checking expenses according to
relevant internal control policies & booking in AX system

·
Processes payments through
online banking system

·
Performs bank reconciliations
on daily basis

·
Performs monthly
reconciliation with head office

·
Performs periodical reconciliation
with key vendors

·
Book inventory and relevant
expenses based on reconciliation with head office

·
Complete Treasury Report on
monthly basis

Requirements

·
University graduate in major
of Finance/Accounting

·
More than 5 years of related
working experience in multinational company

·
Capable of working
independently and taking proactive actions

·
Solid analytical skills and
business acumen are required

·
Proficiency in written and
spoken English and Mandarin

·
Strong computer skills in MS Office
(especially EXCEL)

·
Knowledge on AX is preferred

·
Be accountable with
independence, the ability to prioritize work activities and work in tight
timetable are also required

·
Good inter-personal and influencing
skills are essential to coordinate the financial activities of a metric
organization
