1.>= 6 years technical, operational and managerial experience in planning, executing, reporting and publishing clinical studies in a pharmaceutical company or contract research organisation.
2.When assigned direct reports, >=5 years people management and development experience required, this may include management in a matrix environment. Global people management experience is desirable.
3. Experience in multiple clinical indications and/or TAs is preferable.
4.Previous experience leading in parallel several trials; leading multidisciplinary trial teams in a complex matrix environment (including remote).
5.Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with key investigators.
6. Thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, clinical trial design, statistics, regulatory processes, and global clinical development process.
7. Advanced knowledge of the assigned TA is preferred, with the demonstrated capability to interpret, discuss and represent trial or program level data.
8. Previous experience in interactions with Health Authorities is preferable.
