Reporting to: Senior HR Director

KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:
· Calendar management, including prioritization of appointments, managing conflicts, etc.
· Coordinate and schedule both internal and external meetings including meeting with sponsors, HRLT Meeting, China HR Forum, etc.
· Plan & coordinate domestic and international travel plans, including preparation of travel itinerary, meeting related documents, etc.
· Concur expense reports to ensure timely processing and approvals
· Manage China MOS team’s cost centers and budget to achieve cost effectiveness and financial saving target
· Proactively manage department assets/daily supplies
· Anticipate executive’s needs and make administrative decisions on the executive’s behalf based on understanding of the team’s priorities
· Effectively re-prioritizing work in response to unpredictable situations
· Build relationships with counterparts both internally and externally effectively
· Need work on some special projects when necessary

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor degree or above; English major is preferred.
· Experience of Executive Assistant in multinational companies is a plus.
· Achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Pleasant & outgoing, flexible and be good at problem solving with strong ownership.
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, be capable to develop collaborative relationships with others who have a diverse set of working styles and perspectives.
· Service minded, responsive, demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude.
· Excellent oral and written English; Good computer skills.
