Area of Responsibilities: For China

Reporting & FP&A

1. Work closely with the local Share Service team on month-end closing process to ensure delivery of accurate financials

2. Provide monthly business performance analysis vs LY, FC and budget for reviews with management team

3. Ensure monthly reporting is prepared on time including financial performance and KPIs

4. Assist in the preparation of various presentations or supporting materials

5. Ad hoc analysis, projects and other duties as assigned to support business

6. Assist in preparing annual budget and rolling forecast

7. Help to improve planning, forecasting and reporting accuracy

Internal Control & Compliance

1. Coordinate with internal auditors during annual IA review, assist with closure of audit issues

2. Assist with process improvement and system enhancement

3. Work with Share Service team and drive AR collection

4. Perform monthly/quarterly/annual internal control related testings per Company requirements

Person Specification：

1. Bechlor degree above with related major in finance. ACCA or CPA is perferred

2. >5 years of work experience within FP&A or Management reporting

3. Be result oriented, proactive and strong ownship, with the ability to work idependently

4. Ability to meet deadlines and work in time

5. Working under pressure

6. Good communication skills and team work spirit with different functional teams

7. Advance Excel skills, familiar with MS, SAP, BW
