General Description: (Work may involve any
other reasonable tasks associated with this work)

• Lead STM （Supply technical management)team to be responsible for the
  technical evaluation on the synergies between target product offer and supplier
  competencies for trading business, recognize the gaps, and support the relevant
  supplier approval /development processes

• Lead STM team to ensure the technical
  deliverables for trading business’ new offer creation projects which include
  but not limited to technical assessment of the prototypes from suppliers,
  definition of product specifications, DFMEA, industrialization set up like
  production flow chart, PFMEA, control plan & work instructions, asses &
  approve the trial runs at supplier side, management of product/process changes,
  review and approval of tools from supplier, and confirmation of the compliance
  of Green Premium/Cyber Security, etc.

• Lead STM team to secure the support and
  deliverables for co-development projects in area of industrialization jobs for
  brand labeling projects or designated technical tasks.

• Lead STM team to organize the
  continuous engineering works for trading business products, assure the adequate
  the support for QVE project, COS projects and productivity improvement at
  branding labeling supplier side.

• Be accountable to ensure the technical
  ownership for trading business by cooperating with different hubs in line of
  business.

• Be responsible to create and maintain
  the vision of trading business in view of technology

• Be responsible for the transformation
  of STM team to meet the challenge as the result of growth of trading business

• Cultivate the innovation spirit in STM
  team targeting at creation of business value

• Manage STM team members in Shenzhen and
  other Schneider GEOes: resourcing planning, right person in right position,
  competency development, and retain of the key talents.

Contribute for the success of trading and brand
labeling supply chain community targeting at agility, cost efficiency and
product quality
Qualifications:

• More than 10 years’ work experiences
  in a MNC, and at least 5 years’ experiences in a management position

• Demonstrated experiences in electronics
  product development process including product design, tooling design &
  qualification, product verification/certification/ validation and product
  production.

• Sound leadership: communication,
  influencing & convincing, leading of transformation

• Be able to work under pressures

• Fluent verbal & written
  communication skill in English & Mandarin.

• Flexible for travelling to various
  suppliers and factories, and other Schneider locations
