Lead service admin team to provide efficient and professional administrative support and the highest standard of service to both external and internal customer.

Major Responsibilities

·         Provide leadership to the ITBA Service Administration and Spare Parts Supply Chain so as to support business growth

·         Optimizes the spare parts supply chain so as to achieve shortest lead time with lowest cost

·         According to ITBA service business requirement, assists IT systems implementation and administrate these systems such as SAP customer service module

·         Enhance service reporting system and KPI tracking procedure according to service business requirement

·         Act as coordinator to interface with various supporting groups inside and outside ITBA to get the job done

·         Be responsible for the handling of people management through recruitment, training, develop team competence according to business requirement

Candidate’s profile

Education

·         Bachelor degree

Experience

·         5+ years product/equipment service administration experience with at least 2 year supervision experience prefer in industrial company

·         Spare parts supplier chain and inventory management experience

Knowledge

·         Sound knowledge on SAP system, SAP customer service module experience are considered as advantages

Skills

·         Strong PC skills and excellent on Excel

·         Strong data analysis skill

·         Fluency in English
