工作职责:

？ Work with project team to design FSSC AP accounting policy, process and flows

？ Direct efforts to streamline AP accounting processes as well as to ensure all processes and procedures are compliant with relevant accounting policies and controls

？ Direct efforts to ensure FSSC AP service level.

？ Actively guide and support supervisors to ensure pending issues in daily operation and specific projects are timely solved

？ Supervise AP closing activities in order to ensure financial closing is completed in an accurate and timely manner

？ Process invoices in an efficient and effective manner, and meet any special country processing requirements ? Perform month end closing activities and AP balance sheet reconciliation

？ Efficiently monitor the status of pending invoices and timely communicate with local entities to solve AP and payment issues

？ Provide high quality service to external vendors and internal users, resolve their queries regarding AP matters ? Timely report issue, problems and activity list status to supervisor

？ Provide support to internal & external audit as required, and ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor

？ Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

任职资格:

？ At least 3 years accounting work experience, with MNC or FSSC is preferred. Pharma industry experience is a plus.

？ Fluent in both English and Mandarin

？ Flexibility and openness to change

？ An enthusiastic and motivated team player

？ Medium to advanced Excel skills

？ Familiar with SAP system is a must.
