?Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and provide alternative business solutions.

?Leadership
?Supervising the Performance of the engineers in the team, recruiting, inducting, coaching, and managing the engineers. 
?Potential leads acquisition by internal referral and networking to the auto after-sales department.

?Hard Skills
?More than 6 years working experience in automotive industry, and good knowledge on after-sales field. 
?Be familiar with more than 1 function of Auto After-sales department like: vehicle failure diagnosis (technical support), documentation(service manual, user manual, labor time), warranty services, homologation or service training (technical or non-technical), dealer management (setup, quality system, etc)

?Soft Skills
?Must be self-directed and innovative, able to effectively prioritize tasks with good time management skills.
?Good network in the after-sales market and familiar with customer requirement
?Fluent in written and verbal English.

?Communication Skills
?Very good communication skills, high enthusiasm, decision making ability, engagement and flexibility.

?Leadership
?Good team management and flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation, good sense of cost control.
