职位描述
1.Manage and implement Sale & Marketing Automation tool and social CRM.
2.Be the contact window with global team, to design strategy, set up process, and well landed SMA and SCRM in China.
3. Structure by customer types journeys, partners and end users, to build up CRM infrastructure.
4.Drive close communication with business to leverage SMA and SCRM to improve leads conversation
and increase or influence revenues as an end.
5. Implement multi-touch points nurtures (EDM, WeChat, and retargeting ads) which includes content design, content mapping, customer data analysis, and customer retention/ loyalty programs strategy.
6.Set up and manage social followers tag structure and design programs to convert followers to leads with different business scenarios and customers journeys. Work with other functions teams to facilitate SMA and SCRM related platforms integration.
Qualifications
1.Minimum 8 years marketing experience with 3 years in Marketing Automation or CRM marketing role.
2.Working Experience in IT and B2B company or agency background.
3.Solid knowledge in marketing automation, social CRM, CRM, and digital marketing.
4. Good attention to detail with all data and metrics.
5.Ability to develop plans, execute, initiate and follow-through
6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
