Program Summary
Sales Development Program is an 18-month development program, combines practical and theoretical education with broad business exposures. Develop fresh graduates in engineering major with strong sales function career aspiration through high-impact learning & development interventions, to effectively build up young talent pipeline for future sales star and leader per IR business growth needs. Enable Ingersoll Rand to build sales competencies and strength, and develop SDPs’ enterprise mindset.

Motivation
Willing and able to be mobile and relocate multiple times. Sales rotation assignments generally occur in Shanghai, Taicang and Wujiang, China.

Other Qualifications
2018 or 2019 graduates, with bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Refrigeration and Low Temperature, Thermal Engineering, Environmental and Construction Equipment, etc.
Overall 3.0 GPA or above.
Related internship experiences.
CET 6 above, and proficient in both verbal and written English.
