Main Duties:

- Contribute to profit, sales and product targets by providing financial services (forex, interest rate, hedging solution) to clients;

- Manage and motivate sales to achieve team revenue and sales targets;

- Actively engage in business planning to assure a successful and consistent client experience;

- Maintain a good relationship with all other cooperative departments, clients, and external financial institution counterparties;

- Deliver market information and clients requirement;

- Initiate new financial product or business;

- Coach the team members to develop sales skills to increase market penetration and increase number of clients;

- Provide regular financial market product training to RMs;

- Report to head of sales.

Job Requirements:

- At least 3 years extensive financial market / financial institution experience in China market with superior sales skills;

- Excellent presentation skill and strong analytical skill;

- Strong team player, committed and self motivated;

- University degree majored in financial / accounting / economics / business / marketing;

- Relationship marketing / Credit or Risk management will be a plus Non-financial market related experience will also be considered;

- Fluent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
