职位描述
Job Responsibilities
? Collect and accurately capture client requirements.
? Sourcing and attracting candidates by using different portals, databases, social media etc.
? Screening the profiles, as per the clients requirements
? Scheduling interviews, salary negotiations and follow up.
? Updating the interview feedback to candidates and responding to their queries.
? Prepare offer proposals for approval.
? Communicate/negotiate offers, prepare and issue offers to selected candidate, and follow up until they are on board.
? Track recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
? Weekly update recruitment tracker prepare periodical recruitment report & analysis to managers.
? Prepare and summarize feedbacks, findings from the recruitment process, making suggestions for continuous improvement.
? Provide consultancy to hiring managers on recruitment & selection to make better hiring decisions.
? Perform other HR tasks as per request.
Required Experiences & Skills
? Proficient in interviewing skills. Minimum 3 years experiences in recruitment, thorough understanding of the full recruitment process and key success factors.
? Knowledge and experience in HR generalist process is a plus.
? Familiar with social media, network recruiting and applied technology.mk
? Self-starter, naturally driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude.
? Open-minded and quick to learn
? Excellent communication skills. Ability to network and engage with, persuade and influence others constructively and ability to push back.
? Must work well under pressure and tight timelines. Ability to deal with high volume of workload, good planning and prioritization skills
? High degree of resilience and tenacity
? Performance driven to ensure actions and outcomes are followed through to completion
? Process driven and systematic approach to continuous improvement
? Data analysis skills
