职位描述
I. GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
Be responsible for the medical key accounts in East China.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible for key accounts for all the MD products.
2.Build and maintain relationships with KOL customers and dealers. Complete customer call reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
3.Identify KOL customer expectations with regard to product performance, delivery times, service needs & training and transfer / coordinate the relevant information with internal departments in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market.
4.Continuously enter up-to-date information into the database in order to provide a sound basis for activity planning.
5.Supply information on Market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market developments in geographic region of responsibility to Sales Management and Marketing.
6.Coordinate and support installations and customer operational training in order to ensure the customer satisfaction.
7.Sales team management.
III. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
? At least 5 years’ sales experience, microscopy knowledge is a plus.
b) Education
? Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical medical.
c) Language
? Workable English skills
d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
? 50%
