职位描述
岗位职责：
1.根据品牌的发展战略，筛选KOL人选及并制定合作方案
2.通过恰当的合作方式，为品牌带来精准目标用户
3.参与媒体及KOL推广策略拟定，把控KOL内容产出，保证投放的精准有效及顺利进行
4.分析投放数据，从执行进度、效果等方面评估KOL、达人投放效果，并对投放结果负责
5.负责KOL的商务谈判、关系的建立与维护
任职要求：
1.两年以上美妆行业公关媒介/网红，KOL运营工作经验；精通各类新媒体及主流社交平台，善于开发及整合媒体/KOL资源，有丰富的品牌推广经验。
2.了解媒体及KOL运作，善于关注网络热点，有一定的分析调研能力， 独立撰写brief策划、资源协调及撰稿能力
3.性格开朗，执行力强、适应快节奏，有一定文案功底
4.有成功KOL和网红APP投放操作案例，有电商KOL和网红资源
