外资集团工厂岗位 优先考虑有外资工厂行政管理经验。


This responsibility is achieved by appropriate focus on the following areas:

-Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with client departments to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs.

与客户部门建立建设性的合作关系,确保办公室管理政策、计划和活动符合客户当前和未来的业务需求

- Plan, priorities, and manage general service activities and upgrades to equipment, systems to minimize disruptions to business activities and use the organization’s effectively.

计划、优先事项,并管理一般事务活动和设备、系统的升级,以最大限度地减少对业务活动的干扰,并有效地利用本组织的资源。

- Research, evaluate, and recommend office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet company’s business needs.

研究、评估和推荐办公用品和设备采购,以最大限度地降低成本,满足公司的业务需求

- To select and manager ongoing relationships with external suppliers to ensure company receives satisfactory standards of service.

选择和管理与外部供应商的持续关系,确保公司获得满意的服务标准。

- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of paraprofessional staff to ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established stands, and within established budgets.

领导、指导、评估和发展一个非专业人员团队,确保行政活动在既定的预算范围内,按照既定的标准按时完成。

-Getting information from all relevant resource, analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems

从所有相关资源中获取信息,分析信息,评估结果,选择解决方案,解决问题

-Documenting, recording Information, provide necessary report for further analyses and improvement

记录,记录信息,为进一步的分析和改进提供必要的报告

-Comply with company related policy, provide service to expatriation on immigration procedure and coordinating with agency to provide quality service on leasing apartment, rental car etc.

遵守公司相关政策,为外派人员办理移民手续,并与中介机构协调,为外派人员提供优质的公寓租赁、汽车租赁等服务。

-Deliver support to other offices include SH, HK on administration management

在行政管理方面为上海、香港等办公室提供支持

Education & Languages :

- Good in written and spoken in English and Mandarin

良好的英语和普通话听说读写能力

- Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline

相关专业本科以上学历

Professional Skills & Experience :

- Prior management experience in administration function. Should have previously led a small team
