工作职责:

? Lead and drive business planning, reporting and analysis process. Monitor sales forecast process to reflect real market demand and streamline supply planning methodologies.
? Review and monitor BU/Franchise P&Ls and help stake holders to take P&L management. Set up guidance for Expenses budget and created mechanism to implement cost control.
? Liaised with management divisions to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues concerned.
? Manage management reporting systems. Led reporting and budgeting system upgrading projects to transform to SAP and SAP based tools, as well as organization and ledger upgrading projects.
? Ensure policy and procedures, systems and business processes are adequate and continuously improved to support the high growth demand of the organization. Ensure processes of business operations are validated and monitored from a compliance perspective
? Coach and supervise staff with clear job descriptions and development activity plans.

? Deliver necessary finance related training to relevant staff.

任职资格:

Education:

Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting / Business or relevant

Experience & knowledge:

Minimun 8 years experience in finance function or commercial function, including at least 5 years experience as commercial finance in pharmaceutical industry (prefer MNC).

Experienced on big size distributors’ commcial term management. (Must-have)

MNC/JV experience is a must.

People management experience will be an advance.
