Job Description:



1. Deliver insightful and commercially focused analysis on financial and management information to management within the business, identifying variances to budget, underlying business trends, opportunities for income growth or cost savings and risks, responsible for the cost management and set up the cost analysis and control system;
2. Manage regular reporting requirements of the corporate, timely and accurately provide relative financial and business report according to the group head quarter's requirement;

3. Manage and coordinate the budgeting / forecasting process, responsible for the operational & strategic budgeting and controlling;

4. Review the monthly report, including analytical review of the month's results and variance analysis;
5. Prepare business cases for capital investment;
6. Build and maintain strong professional working relationships with plants and/or department;
7. Support the Business by developing and enhancing forward looking metrics including ongoing rolling forecasts;
8. Any other ad-hoc work as necessary.



Requirements:



1. More than 8 years finance working experiences in multi-international company;
2. Demonstrated knowledge of accounting/ costing/ taxation concepts and practice;

3. Strong analytical ability;
4. Positive attitude and strategic thinking;
5. Strong leadership;
6. Excellent team player and must be an effective communicator both verbally and written in English. German is plus;
7. Major in accounting or finance; Bachelor degree of Economics/ Commercial/ Accounting;
8. Experience in multinational environment; be familiar with SAP system.
