？  Manage facilities operations, site expansion, new sites setup, including URS collection, design management and project management to ensure the daily operation efficiency and company growth

？  Supply chain management: procurement, inventory management, logistics to ensure the on time delivery target to internal and external clients and achieve the cost/quality targets

？  Establish, develop and mentor a strong team. Set performance standards and goals for each member of the team, fostering an atmosphere of personal excellence

？  Establish efficient and effective operation systems and policies to drive performance and growth

？  Develop and implement a strategic plan for a rapid scaling of operational capacity through automation, process improvements or other productivity measures while maintaining high quality standards, rapid response times, high reliability and cost effective operations

Requirement

？  At least 10 years of progressively more responsible experience in overall operation management in a manufacturing or R&D environment in life science industry.

？  Minimum of 5 years of business experience in profit and loss leadership positions

？  Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial orientation, and the ability to frame solutions to business leadership through teamwork and cooperation across all functional areas

？  Demonstrable competency in team management

？  Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

？  Expertise in defining and scaling operational processes

？  Exceptional communication skills
