工作职责:

？ Provide China local entity financial and accounting support

？ Review and develop effective accounting and operational control as well as procedure on costing, inventory, operation, and financial management

？ Responsible for hand-on month end account closing

？ Ensure accurate management and statutory reporting in compliance with local requirements

？ Responsible for inter-company charges and reconciliation

？ Meet group and area reporting deadlines;

？ Ensure all accounting elements and business transactions of the company are correctly, completely, accurately and timely recorded and valued;

？ Develop and execute accounting systems and processes in accordance with internal control management needs;

？ Ensure integrity of all critical financial records and related supporting documents;

？ Perform accounting activities covering G/L, inventory, and cost accounting

？ Conduct monthly accounts reconciliation and project accounting;

？ Perform, monthly and annually closings on ERP system with all requested reports;

？ Collaborate with the external auditors for annual auditing;

？ Ensure proper assets management in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP

？ Assist in monthly financial reporting in Magnitude

？ Support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

？ Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.

？ Support implementation of internal control processes

？ Supports finance related ad hoc projects

任职资格:

？ Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Accounting related field and significant related work experience. Pharma industry experience is a plus.

？ +5 years accounting experience, work experience in MNC or CPA firm preferred

？ Fluent in both English and Mandarin

？ Flexibility and openness to change

？ An enthusiastic and motivated team player

？ Medium to advanced Excel skills

？ Familiar with SAP system is a must.
