职位描述
1.每日进行消防巡查，消除各种安全隐患；
2.对大厦内存在的消防隐患要书面向上级领导报告；
3.负责建立大厦的消防档案和消防设施台帐；
4.检查大厦消防设施和各种消防器材，对缺失部分及时报修补齐，保证消防设施、器材的正常使用；
5.检查二次装修现场用火用电情况，对违章行为按相关制度开具整改通知，对重大违章行为及时向上级汇报；
6.完成上级领导交办的其它任务。
岗位要求：
1.身高：1.75米以上优先；
2.学历：中专或以上学历，物业管理等相关专业优先考虑；
3.经验：2年以上同类型项目工作经验及同等职位工作经验；
4.证书：持建（构）筑物消防员证优先考虑。
