职位描述
General
- Procurement of general office supplies
- Coordinate site visits
- Work with marketing team to assist with any marketing events
- Manage accommodation for visiting support teams
- Work with local office to negotiate preferred room rates.
- Co-ordinate with the IT team to set up site resources (Routers, printers, access badges)
Supply Chain
- Setup/assembly of stockroom shelving and inventory management
- Supported by logistic team.
- Goods inwards management and stockroom placement
- Upload scanned delivery chits to SharePoint.
- Order tracking and delivery log maintenance using SAP and SharePoint
- Follow-up on short shipments.
- Reverse logistics management for defective items and other equipment.
Vender and Purchase Support
- Support Site Coordinator with vender approval process.
- Support Site Coordinator to procure spare parts from local vendors
- Electronic Purchase request (ePR) creation for vendor/contractors
- Process invoices for vender payment.
Documentation and device records
- Support Site Coordinator to ensure project org charts are uploaded to the project’s SharePoint site.
- Support Site Coordinator support to maintain records for calibrated tools, parts inventories, completion/test checklist and device histories
- Perform other related duties as required to facilitate completion of the PT equipment installation.
Attributes
- Self-motivated, comfortable to work with minimal supervision
- Have a positive attitude and a team collaborator
- Good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Comfortable working in a construction environment and wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
Qualifications and experience
- Proficient in MS office suite
- Familiar with use of pivot tables and basic excel functions, word and PowerPoint
- Experience with an ERP. (SAP an advantage)
- Experience with SharePoint an advantage
- Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics
- Associate Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience
