To effectively analyze and improve sales process and application system in order to fulfill the business requirements to support adidas ’s mission of becoming the best sports brand in.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

·        Analyzes sales business needs and ensure effectiveness of processes by constantly adjusting them to meet business needs

·        Analyzes business requirement of adiPortal, SAP and adiFox to make change request to improve the functionality to serve sales development

·        Support sales admin on seasonal trade meeting system setup, update and maintenance.

·        Track customer account/STA setup and maintain sales territory

·        Track customer order transfer/cancellation process and analyzes business impact.

·        Distribute and track sales agreement related documentation

·        Support sales admin on customer master daily maintenance.

System and Processes

·        Setup, maintain and support adiPortal, adiFox and SAP system in sales area data and function

·        Support the new sales system and function implementation

·        Create and build the system documentation for functionality change or review

Training and Development

·        Create and develop the system training plan for business

·        Deliver system training (adiPortal, adiFox, SAP, etc) to internal end user

·        Build training documentation

Management

·        Participate project feasibility study and process analysis

KPI:

High data accuracy result from application system

High acceptance in sales team of business system

Experience / Skills Required:

·        General understanding of overall apparel and footwear business process.

·        1 years'experience in business analysis and application operation in multi-national companies, fresh graduate are also welcome

·        Experience in business application include system implementation or operation, experience in DWH or SAP will be a plus

·        Be able to delivery and conduct training to business user

·        Good documentation skill

·        Good communication and interpersonal skill

l   Fluent in both written and oral English

Educational Background

University/College Degree in business, computer science or related field
