 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop recruitment plan to fulfill the business need and
support organization talent pipeline

2. Recruitment & selection, diversify recruit channel
and enhance recruit efficiency/productivity;

3. Deliver high quality recruitment services to Retail team.
Bring in talents via diversity channels/programs.

4. Be responsible for providing professional HR services and
advices including employee relations, recruitment & selection, staff
movement.

5. Assist C&B team to prepare all kinds of HR reporting
and analysis

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED :

Education: University graduate

Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese

Professional experience & know how

years’ experience in HR/Staffing in a multinational company, with strong
recruitment and recruitment channel management experience
