职位描述
? Assist HRD to ensure policy and process development,implementation and documentation.
? Assist HRD in various HR related matters. Help manage and continuously improve internal HR processes and reporting.
? Assist HRD to ensure talent management ,training and development,staff retention ,coaching and employee relations ,compensation and benefits and performance management.
? Assist HRD to develop reward management and remuneration policies and systems.
? Assist HRD to provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and employee benefits.
? Assist HRD to identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
? Assist HRD to allocate human resource, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
? Assist HRD to plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
? Assist HRD to serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
? Assist HRD to analyze training needs to design employee development, health and safety programs.
? Assist HRD to maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and attendance records.
? Handle specific recruitment activites according to the recruitment plan.
? Prepare and coordinate HR sourcing which includes advertisement, job posting, searching firms, employee referrals and etc.
? Screen CV and shortlist suitable candidates interview and conduct tele-interview, face to face interview.
? Liaison with recruitment agencies/media, build up good relationship with recruiting vendors and provide best practice solutions to HRD with respect to recruiting.
? Organize campus recruitment plan, and attend related recruitment fairs and establish good relationship with universities.
? Provide and deliver solutions about HR policies and process, covering all HR functions.
? Schedule and coordinate with payroll vendor for payroll processing and ensure the smooth payment of salary.
? Maintain compensation and benefit data and prepare summary reports following schedule.
? Answer payroll and benefits related inquiries.
? Provide the on-boarding process, employee benefits, health insurance and etc.
? Provide HR support to employees in an approachable and professional manner.
? Coordinate necessary processes to solve reasonable request from employee and answer all staff queries related to HR topics.
? Manage employee contrct and probation review and assessment.
? Ensure data accuracy in talent systems by holding data providers accountable.
? Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labour contracts.
? Handle HR inquires in a proactive and service oriented manner.
? Study knowledge of legislation and government regulations.
? To solve ad hoc assignments by Director of Resource Department.
