Responsibilities:

· Provide the assistance on both new project set up and existing project budget maintenance in system. Project contract maintenance in both hard copy and e-file.

· Responsible for project billing and provide the assistance on Accounts Receivable Collection and bad debt issues.

· Manage and maintain project relative account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L items

· Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports assigned by manager

· Collect and review billing and collection forecast from project team.

· Prepare AR reminder letter for long aging invoices

· Create project relative tasks in oracle

· Regular Q&A for project team

· Project database maintenance for internal project review

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting related major;

· Experienced in project financial management and control is preferred;

· Good communication skills, adaptable, team work

· Good at written and oral English;

· Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills;

·  Will be better if having the experience of the programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python or RPA tools like Uipath/Blue prism, etc.
