工作职责:

1. Act independently as a project leader and have overall responsibilities for the scientific, technical and regulatory compliance of assigned jobs.

2. Communicate directly with sponsor to provide regular update of project.

3. Ensure completion of projects according to timelines and under applicable regulations.

4. Cooperate with clients’ and regulatory agencies’ audits, as well as QA facility audits, on responsible studies.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve compliance observations occurred during daily jobs.

6. Function as internal QC to review the protocols, plans, batch records and reports.

7. Review and approve Flow Cytometry lab Proficiency Testing results.

8. Supervise day-to-day lab operation and oversee personnel performing.

9. Monitor, track and provide resolution to all projects. Update supervisor with study progress and issues.

任职资格:

1. MS, or PhD degree in Medical, Immunology, or related fields.

2. Must be trained for or have experiences in CAP/GCP regulations.

3. Be able to perform jobs independently with limited supervision from supervisor.

4. Be expected to accomplish assigned works by interacting closely with other teams within and out of the department.

5. Rich hands-on experiences in flow cytometry techniques.

6. Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and outstanding interpersonal skills.

7. Must have an engaging and dynamic attitude towards rapid issue communication and resolution.

8. Have team spirit and be able to work in a team-oriented manner.
