You will be responsible for the recruitment in the Mango stores in rhe south of China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, HK, Macau) and for the development and implementation of the in-house training strategies.
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands on individual.
You will have a proven in house recruitment and training background in a fast paced and large scale fashion environment in China.
You are a multi-talented person, with a focus on results and good communication skills.
You are a very dynamic and enthusiastic individual and you are passionate about people.
English,Cantonese and Chinese spoken are required.
Availability for travelling is required.
A Degree in HR will be a must.
Experience recruiting fashion retail profiles will be a plus.
