工作职责:

-Serving as point of contact for assigned corporate OU departments recruitment

- Delivering directly OU recruitment at all levels as for assigned OU Departments

- Implementing recruitment policies, processes, technologies, channels at corporate OUs

- Delivering professional and quality services to both hiring OU leaders, agencies and candidate to ensure they have good experience with WuXi AppTec during the processes.

- Be responsible for candidates sourcing, screening, interviews, recommending qualified candidates for further interviews and hiring manager interview arrangement;

- Will involve Corporate Recruiting Project and Recruiting process

任职资格:

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- 5+ years working experience in recruiting

- Good commanded in both oral and written English.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office

- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment. Rigorous style and a real sense of total commitment and honor to the job.

- Good communication skills, fast learning, highly adaptable and working under pressure
